I’m running for Assemblymember for District 35 because I believe it’s time for leadership that reflects the people it serves—leadership that listens, leads with empathy, and delivers real results.
I didn’t come from privilege. I came from Perseverance. As a mother of nine, a widow who rebuilt her life after devastating loss, a nonprofit founder, and a small business owner, I know what it’s like to struggle, to start over, and to still rise.
For over a decade, I’ve dedicated my life to helping families who feel unseen and unsupported—from youth without resources to seniors on fixed incomes to entrepreneurs who have the drive but lack the access.
I’m running because I’ve lived the same challenges so many in our community face—and I’ve worked hard to turn pain into purpose. Now, I’m ready to take that purpose to City Hall.
Support for Small Businesses & Entrepreneurs
Too many businesses fail before they start because of red tape, fees, or lack of resources. I want to simplify the startup process and advocate for microgrants and mentorship for local entrepreneurs.
Improved Access to Senior Services
Our elders deserve dignity, nutrition, and affordable living. I’ll push for senior wellness checks, utility support, food access, and safe housing options.
Youth Empowerment & Education
Every child deserves a safe place to learn, grow, and dream. I’ll work to expand after-school programs, mental health support, and opportunities in the arts, trades, and tech.
Affordable Housing & Community Safety
From rent hikes to unsafe streets, our neighborhoods need real solutions. I’ll advocate for stronger renter protections, community-driven policing, and revitalization programs.
Accessible Government & Transparency
It shouldn’t be hard to get answers or help from your local leaders. I’ll keep my office open, responsive, and grounded in real communication with the people I serve.
I’m not running for a title—I’m running to be a voice, a bridge, and a force for good. If elected, I’ll bring not just experience, but compassion, urgency, and a deep commitment to making a difference.
We’re just getting started—and big things are on the way.
From community events and town halls to volunteer opportunities, campaign merch, and local partnerships, this is where the movement grows.
Stay tuned for exciting updates, behind-the-scenes moments, and new ways to get involved as we build a better District 35—together.
